Mr. Schneider worked for us as creditors involved in a bankruptcy case where our house was being occupied by a non-paying renter who was using the bankruptcy court to buy himself time and avoid payment. As our lawyer he worked expertly to inform us of all matters relating to our case and bankruptcy law in general. Multiple times he met with us to discuss the rule of law in our case and he advised me on how to represent myself at certain hearings where paying a lawyer would have been extraneous.
